All of my pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind. The cherub statue images in these earrings are from a reclaimed Illustrated London Newspaper from the 1850s. Back then the images were hand-engraved on metal plates then printed on handmade paper. The paper is very thick and the images are very detailed. The images are covered in mica and framed with an oxidized 1.25" Sterling Silver frame and hang down 2" (they can be made a little shorter). The rivets holding them all together are made of Red Brass.
So much love, care, and detail went into making things back then. Beauty and quality really mattered. These papers were collected and saved by my ancestors and luckily made it into my hands to be honored in one-of-a-kind pieces to be worn, loved, and enjoyed.
All of my earrings come wrapped in a little box. If you are buying them as a gift for someone I can ship to them and add a gift card. Thank you for looking! I am also happy to take requests for different color combinations so feel free to contact me.
