All of my pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind. They are rustically elegant. Many of the tins I use are antique and show signs of wear and tear. In my opinion, it just adds to the beauty of the piece, which has had a history. The tin flower is approximately 1" in diameter and is hung on a 20 inch, 1.8mm sterling silver bead chain. On the back is stamped the word "BLOOM". I have always loved the quote "Bloom where you are planted" by Mary Engelbreit. I hope you love it too!
This flower pendant is made from a Smith Brothers Cough Drop tin. The little white flowers with the blue background and the vintage font all drew me in! I found the first one of these in an Antique Mall on my way to Eastern North Carolina on a solo road trip. I love solo road trips because you can stop wherever you want, whenever you want! There were a lot of stops at Antique Malls on that trip. This tin was definitely The Best find from that trip!
Tins and collecting them bring back happy memories. I love using tin boxes in my work, giving them a new life in a one-of-a-kind jewelry piece that hopefully you will love and enjoy wearing for many years to come.
All of my pendants come wrapped in a box. If you are buying them as a gift for someone I can ship to them and add a gift card. Thank you for looking! I am also happy to take requests for different color combinations so feel free to contact me.
