These one-of-a-kind earrings are rosecut Blue Chalcedony. Each gem is set in a scalloped sterling silver bezel surrounded by sterling silver bead wire with one 18-karat gold bead accent.
They hang down on sterling silver ear wires, 1.5 inches.
The texture on the back is from linen that I roller printed into the silver. My use of fabrics is influenced by my love of textiles.
The blue color of the stones are so gorgeous. l was so inspired by the Mediterranean waters I saw on my recent trip to Sardinia, Italy that I had to make this pair as soon as I got home! They are also a part of my FINDING JOY Collection.
In the FINDING JOY Collection, I choose bright colorful stones because they remind me that color can dramatically affect your mood. I pick stones of "happy colors".
