Mabe Pearl Ring. The pearl piece is set in 18 Karat Gold on top of a Sterling Silver sheet with a Sterling Silver band. 

A mabe pearl is a cultured "half pearl" also called a blister pearl. It grows up against the inside of a mollusk shell rather than inside the body. 

The ring is a size 7. It is in stock and ready to ship. It can be sized to fit you.
